Pitch Finder 5.0

August 2023 updates:

• Minimal development updates, have been working on migrating the website to GA4.

• Created a map that was used as the front cover for Grassroots GAA by PJ Cunningham.

• Most of the work has been providing the GAA Pitch data to third parties on an ad-hoc basis. This includes:

  • Safe Routes to School programme

  • MyReport.ie

  • Social Capital research with Tufts University in Boston, via Eoin McGuirk.

  • PHD research at Trinity College, Dublin.

  • The ESB, for their internal GIS mapping systems.
